Creating a Thriving Garden in Windy Wellington Conditions
Creating a Thriving Garden in Windy Wellington Conditions
This large-scale project involved planting over 3,000 plants, including new hedge plants, with mulch matting installed to reduce maintenance. The client wanted a substantial bank area planted to keep upkeep to a minimum. The site was very windy, and the original plants were struggling to thrive. The solution here was better wind break and more robust plants for future planting.
The result is a low-maintenance, thriving garden that can withstand challenging conditions.

Transforming a Backyard to Boost Property Value
This project involved preparing a property for sale, where extensive ivy had divided the backyard into three separate sections. The client initially requested that the ivy be trimmed back, but we recommended removing it completely.
This opened up the space, making the backyard feel larger, more inviting, and much easier to use. The client was extremely pleased with the result, noting that the improved usability of the garden helped them achieve a better price for the property.
